That said, here is feedback from recent work at a full-service hotel: “Everything went great. The guys do a terrific job, working very safely (using signs for the damp carpeting), and are very thorough. They’re always so polite and professional and the carpets look great. You folks have been doing our carpeting for over 15 years, I think, maybe more. I know there was a time when the hotel made us use someone else and I was disappointed in the work and the cost.”
